Yes..my scotch is here!
I had to order in a bottle of Glenmorangire SIngle Highland malt Port Wood finish.

Only thing is lately I've been getting headaches when I drink booze...hopefully that won't happen tonight....

Ah to be drinking civilized hooch again!

1. Congratulations!
Next time, try a Balvenie double wood, if you like scotch aged in non-traditional barrels. Yum Yum! I like that better than the Gllenmorangie, though let's face it, it's the difference between 99.5% excellent, and 99.4% excellent.

3. I've had a lot of folks recomend Balvenie
But when paying big bucks for a bottle I tend to go with what I know. If I ever see it behind a bar I intend to try it.

2. Take an Aleve before you drink
That always took care of the headaches. You will feel tired in the morning though.

7. Might be
Beer did it to me until I did that. I could deal with being tired and the emotional hangover that came with it. But not the headache. :)

6. BAH!
I ordered the Port because all she had was the Cherry finish....why, no matter where I go, do they only have the Cherry wood these days?

I've never actually had th Madeira finish before.

9. You Know Why Scotch Was Discovered?
Because the more inventive brewers needed a numbing excuse to eat Haggis.
