I'm walking on eggshells here -- no insurance until Jan 8 and I was wheezing and had purple spots all over my throat. Thank god my doctor does phone consultations for free. I'm doped to the gills on Mucinex and Sudafed and trying to stay out of the cold to not exacerbate my asthma. I'm going to be nothing but a farkin' deadbeat until my insurance kicks in. Wouldn't that be a horrid irony to have to go in for breathing treatments before the insurance takes effect? Gar! Even as a member of the soon-to-be insured I still think that we have a rotten fucking health care system in this country.

Hope your pink eye feels better soon. That shit is no fun.
