12. Roger that. This fast-and-furious Mustang blows.
This is the *best* car NBC could find? Or the one they got the most endorsement dollars to use?

4. The only thing LESS stylish than that glossy rustbucket is the PT Cruiser.
Besides, why not remake "My Mother the Car" and just be done?

10. Standing quarter mile in under 4 sec? Not on those tires
and not without a wheelie bar.

"Infinite power band"

14. And what, exactly, are we trying to accomplish with that split spoiler?
Pointing one wing up and one wing down to maximize dorkforce?

And 0-60 in 1.77 with those pizza-cutter tires and no wheelie bar? More like 0-backflip in 1.77.

in either direction.

11. Hero mode?
supercharger and a turbo?

Power can't be measured?

300 to zero in 12 ft would take .027 seconds and measure 507 Gs

Uh. No.

13. Clearly it has some sort of anti gravity generator to counteract
the effects of stopping like that, like the ships on Star Trek.

24. The only movie or TV Show where a 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 would be marginally acceptible
Edited on Fri Dec-28-07 05:48 AM by JonathanChance
Is a live-action adaptation of the manga/anime series Gunsmith Cats, and even then it would only be as a second choice, the first choice would be the 1967 Shelby GT500:
