Like my dealings with them at Thanksgiving, I was at their office and the (female) was the rudest I have ever dealt with, I did call and complain, when I did call they were really nice, I have to say.....:hi:

6. We bought the kids an HDTV for Christmas
and I sent TM to swap out the box for an HD box. The customer service clerk was so rude and abusive to her that she's lucky I still don't feel well enough to drive.

I called and ranted about her to her supervisor and they told me that they would address the issue. :eyes:

11. They're always extremely pleasant on the phone. Too bad they cannot or will not
actually accomplish anything you need to have done. When I think about the vacation days I wasted and the time I spent on the phone and the letters I wrote...

13. They were so rude to TM on Friday it was unreal.
And, she's a bit timid about that kind of thing, (not at all like her mom) so it was a total TM pile on. It was disgusting.

Because of the upload internet. One of my databases is too large for DSL. :sucks:
