The Cardio Shimmy, Baby (done in front of the mirror so I can see the horror)
Don't anybody tell me I have no guts, either figuratively or literally. Ye Gods, I just bellydanced in a state of near-undress. After I go puke I'm going to shower and then go find another fitness video. I'm not giving up on the shimmying, but I can't bear the sight of it more than a couple times a week. :rofl:

P.S. It's really fun!

19. This is not a real bellydancing video, it's a fitness vid with
shimmy incorporated. It's by "Rania" and I'm not sure I'd recommend it. In fact, I'm heading out to look for other ones right now. I want to do something aerobic, plus I intend to pick up my long-abandoned yoga again, using the Yoga Journal series which is really good. The time has come.
