With Christmas just behind us, I was reminded of the episode with Lily Tomlin and Ed Asner.

Everytime I heard "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", I thought of the episode of the haunted house and the star-crossed lovers.

In my opinion, it was one of the best series on tv.

I work with two men in their early 30's and neither of them have ever watched the X-Files.
I don't know if that is common or not, but I am in my mid-50's and was (and still am) a huge fan.

I'm not sure how anyone could miss the X-Files...it's on cable somewhere at every hour of the day. ;) I'm in my early 40s and just about everyone I know is an X-phile.

5. I was just appreciating the last episode of the first season of Twin Peaks

The film quality is incredible. I mean, you can tell that the Log Lady's house has little owls hidden all over it.

Also, Lynch rocks the invisible characters named Diane. :P

NICE set--I bought all the individual seasons when they were rereleased last year (?). They're so worth it if you're any kind of fan at all.

Hmm...maybe I'll sit down today and watch me some Mulder and Scully . . . .

Did you get the slim sets? Cuz the full box sets would be quite pricey. I'm glad they finally came out with cheaper options; X-Files has been on my wish list for years, and I never thought I'd get them. :)

I would love to have the mythology sets--it would be nice to watch those in sequence without having to skip around the disks.
