I watched "A Mighty Heart" over the weekend

What a very well done movie. Reading the book right now. I can't imagine the stress that Marianne Pearl went through trying to find her husband while being 5-6 months pregnant.

I also thought Angelina Joile did an amazing job playing the part of Marianne. She'll definately be up for an Oscar with that role. At the end when she found out and was screaming at the top of her lungs - hell she had me bawling like a 3 year old who had her dolly stolen.

I thought it was great casting with Dan Futterman as Daniel Pearl - those 2 look amazingly alike.

1. That scene where she finds out and cries

is too powerful. I felt that way when my grandmother died.

2. I loved it at the end when she blasted the reporter who asked about the video

and if she had seen it.

I wish more people had the balls to do stuff like that. Everytime that video (mainly parts of it because it was so brutal) was shown on TV was just another victory for the Terrorists.

just like everytime the media showed the killer from Virginia Tech, he just got all his wishes. If only people realized this.
