Their IPA has a wonderful aroma and taste because they boil their wort with minimal hops for just the right bite without the bitterness. They seem to be pretty generous with the hops during fermentation, though, and tell me that dry hoping is the secret to developing wonderful aromas and flavors that are too delicate to survive boiling.

Brother Stinky grows all the hops up in a sunny plot next his herb patch. They love to use fresh picked hops whenever they are in season (which is early summer until the first frost/rain).

I like my donuts with coffee for the perfect sugar/caffeine buzz, unlike Brother Stinky who gets his buzz exclusively from his herb.
