I got back from the gym a little while ago!
I have now made it twice in 7 days (I went on Saturday too).

I haven't been in months...

I guess I feel as though doing my exercises on my shoulders should be enough...

But I know they aren't.

I need to get my booty out the door and get going too!

6. I am just trying to get back to it. After over a decade's absence
Today I did 20 minutes on the bike, and weight training on legs, abs, and lower back.

Saturday I did 20 minutes on the bike, and weight training on arms, shoulders, and chest.

Next week I plan on doing the water aerobics class on Monday and Wednesday.

11. At the gym I do the weights and upper-body stuff.
When the weather's good here I get my cardio in with brisk walks.

7. I've been meaning to get a membership for a while now.
I tell myself that counts for something.

Then again, if I don't have time to go do the paperwork, would I ever use it? I'm thinking not.
