1. StirFry used to have a serious jones for string. |
I contend it is his arch-enemy. However one of his trips to the vet, the doc assured me that keeping them away from string is the best of all possible options. He'd been in practice a great many years (retired now) and he'd had to put down more than a few beautiful animals when they'd injested a piece of string and the ensuing knot in their intestines caused a rupture and infection.
Please knit carefully.

3. mine have been attacking my hair- they wrap a strand around their eyetooth and yank |
and then desperately tey to swallow it before i get it out of their mouths. it goes in spurts, every few weeks, they get obsessed, and start hovering. :hi: love to you and mike in the new years! :LOVEYA:

4. My Big Boy LOVES Yarn... |
I have to keep the yarn in a baggie in order to keep him from attacking the ball of yarn. Every so often he will come after the yarn on the needle but mostly he likes the big ball of yarn. He also likes ribbon, especially that curling kind; he has actually taken a big spool of that and hidden under the bed with it while he was chewing on it. I was lucky to find him just after he got hold of it. My other kitty is content with the sock filled with catnip...no yarn for him.
