buy a used Crown Vic for $500.

Find yuppie in one, driving while yakking on cell phone and sipping a Starbucks.

Pass him or her, get in front, then set cruise control at 5 mph slower than the Bimmer.

As it approaches, move your shifter from overdrive to 2nd gear. The engine will rev, but the cruise will maintain a steady speed

At the critical moment, turn off the cruise control. Engine drag will immediately start slowing you down, without any telltake brake lights.

Once the driver does a double-take and spills the Starbucks while trying to jam the Bimmer's brake, THEN slam your brakes, causing a rear-end collision. Point to yuppie's Starbucks-stained Dockers while explaining to the police about how this guy came up out of NOWHERE talking on his cell phone. Rub neck frequently.

Claim whiplash and sue. Take out-of-court settlement and buy a BMW 650i. Avoid driving while talking on cell phone and/or sipping a Starbucks.
