he was a beautiful boy -- i wonder what he looks like now?

it was new york -- we spent every damn night together -- had dinner together -- smoked dope together -- drank gallons of cheap wine together -- worried about school together -- we were hot and heavy every minute we could be.

and now -- it's all this time -- all this time -- he sounds older -- except when he says ''yeah'' then i'm transported across the years -- and i'm young and so is he.
