I am from West Carrollton. Welcome to DU. :toast:

On edit: Did you used to go by a different handle here and just change user names?

Never heard of West Camaroton, but I do remember there being a lot of Camaros around here back in the 80s.

4. we've always called West Carrollton
West Camaroton because of all of the guys with soccer mullets driving camaros around town. At least it was the capitol of that in the 1980s.

5. haha
Little did you know that I was one of the founding fathers of the mullet in these parts. I did not drive a Camaro, however. But I did drive a very mullet worthy 1976 Chevy full size pickup. Step side, wooden floor in the bed. Big shiny chrome rims. I wish I still had that truck sometimes, but the mullet has gone the way of the dinosaur and has been replaced by a very short buzz cut.
