just came back a little while ago from getting a pedicure.....

omg it is so nice....


yesterday I had my hair done and I want to bring home the girl that washes my hair....

I have had a Swedish massage and a hot rock massage... both are teh awesome

and a facial..... is heaven....

what do you do for yourself that feels so good..???

10. I've been going for walks around my neighborhood

I live in very historic part of town. It used to be F. Scott's Fitzgerald's stomping grounds as a boy, and Garrison Keillor lives one block over from me. So I like to walk around my 'hood, looking at the occassional condo for sale.

It's boring but cheap, and I get my 30 minutes in for the day, too.

I love to walk but I'm a wuss and its to cold right now.....
and I don't have anyone famous here..... or historic.. but the lake is nice in the summer

It's aromatherapy for broke people.

I not only spray this on myself, but all around my room as well.

It smells delicious. Kind of like a banoffee pie (British desert with bananas and caramel).

It smells really, really good.

26. A hot bubble bath
