run of the mill shaved ham from the deli. You bought it 10 days ago. Would you eat it? I ask because I personally won't eat deli meat after 3 days (I'll go longer with cheese) but my mom will eat it even if it's been in the fridge for a couple of weeks. I wouldn't even give it to my dogs :scared:

*kidding, kidding. I'd through that ham out before it becomes some kind of furry, dangerous pork-replicating culture. :scared:

3. Ewwww. No! Throw that shit out!
The sickest I ever got was from eating deli ham that had been in my fridge less than a week...I think it had been contaminated at the deli.

Throw it out.

5. More serious question: is it low sodium?
Back in the day, ham used to be the real fucking deal, Salted like hell to preserve the meat and smoked; you could leave it hanging in your garage without any refrigeration. Of course after eating a piece of it you'd be thirsty as hell. Now we are gradually being weaned off of the real stuff to eat some kind of slightly smoked pork. Real ham could never hurt you, but the fake ass pork lunchmeat might fuck you up good.

6. I'l go upwards of 6 days with the deli meat. Maybe a little less with ham
Seems like ham goes bad a little faster than turkey or roast beef.

8. Ew. As a vegan, I can't imagine many things more gross
than aging meat stinking up everything in my fridge. :puke:

Your mom must have a hard-working immune system.
