6. Implying? Not at all

I have a friend who actually fills her flickr account with pictures of her cats' feet.

Fanatical cat owners are nuts.

I even own two of the damned beasts, but I manage to keep the madness in check!

3. "Garfield" minus Garfield is not "Garfield"...
...Gee, but I miss that crazy cat! I think the author of this comic strip has made a very BAD decision by removing that lovable scamp, Garfield, from his work. I hope he will come to his senses soon and put him back. Who else is going to eat all that food? John certainly can't. Also, legally, I don't think they can continue to call the strip "Garfield" if he doesn't at least occasionally make an appearance. Also consider this: What if I were to remove the Garfield doll from the back window of my Toyota 4X4 and then ask people what they see there? I would point at that back window and say, "What do you see?" A common response would be: "I see the back window of a Toyota." And then I would say, "No, you got it all wrong: It's 'Garfield.'" Do you see what I mean? This is madness.

I have collected over 300 Garfield dolls and plush-toys in my lengthy career of Garfield collecting. Three nights ago, I counted them again(as I do every night) and found only 298. What is happening? Why is Garfield disappearing? I haven't slept since then.

This is awful. I don't throw the word "tragedy" around loosely. But okay: Tragedy.

12. Garfield doesn't use a litter box to pee...
...Which you might not know he doesn't. However: No, he certainly doesn't! A lot of people make this mistake about a litter box. They assume that, because he is a cat, blah, blah, blah...But consider: Garfield talks, and thinks and acts just like we humans do. Only cuter! Much cuter, and more sly. And scampier. So he is, basically, a super-human being. That can be the only explanation for what he gets aways with! (Also: He is very sly.) The fact is, Garfield does not need to eliminate his waste the way most of us do. I can't prove this, okay? But am reasonably sure it's the case. One piece of evidence: You never see Garfield in the comic strip coming out of a litter box, or entering one, or even looking at one. You might say: What about John? How does he eliminate his waste? You would be wrong. Of course John does so, but only off screen. Who would want to see that? Ewwww!!!!

Bring back Garfield! I'm down to 297 Garfield plush-toys and dolls now, and it's not even dark out yet! WHAT IS HAPPENING?????

10. In the immortal words of C. Montgomery Burns...
"Oh Ziggy, will you ever win?"

I always equated Garfield with Ziggy for some reason.

11. Man, Jon is really fucked up!
looks like since Garfield died he's suffering from hallucinatory depression fueled by his heroin addiction.

13. I love Garfield minus Garfield! Have you seen Realfield?
A similar idea, but with a cartoon "real" cat instead of Garfield.
