Look at HS football. AAAA teams are usually from highschools of greater size than AAA teams.

Sweeden and Finland are often among the best teams in the world at Ice Hockey (along with the Russians, Canadians and Americans). As for Spain, Israel and Beligum, I doubt they even have teams.
