9. I can agree with "broken-hearted" and "loser"

...being temporary conditions. But single might not be temporary for everyone. Some of us have actually found joy in being single, made pretty nice and complete lives for ourselves, and are therefore not tempted to jump into just any-old relationship because somehow being in an unsatisfying relationship is better than being in no relationship at all.
