Fashionistas- yes or no?
My husband says "no" (he hates the print), I say "yes".
I need dresses. It's almost spring. I'm wavering on this one:

2. In my opinion, the answer is a resounding no. Looks like something from the 50s,
and more like an apron than a dress.

there IS something a bit apron-like about it, isn't there?

5. Above the waist, it looks like an ad for Morse code
Below the waist, it's like watching bowling in sequential photography.

7. I'm not really a fan
of having polka-dots on my boobs.

It would be a cute skirt, but the halter part is a bit much.

My husband likes it, but I think maybe it's too much white:

11. My dear lara!
I like this one better...

It's very white, but you can spark it up with some colorful jewelry, or scarves or something like that!

You do well with colors...

:hi:

I just don't want to look bridal.

39. I agree with CP: for summer, this white dress would look good with leather
accessories (belt, sandals - but it should be darker brown leather, not light tan) and/or colorful jewelry: think a strand of semi-precious stones, or more 'ethnic' jewelry. Actually, I like the cut of the halter/polka dot dress better, but the print is rather dizzying, so if you had to choose between the two, go for the all-white one.

Where are you looking?

17. Hmmmm
I think it's a bit too white. Especially when combined with that skin color that occurs after one has spent a winter in the Upper Midwest.

Plus, if you're anything like me, the stain potential is way too high.

It's a cute dress though, does it come in any other colors?

i have a similar one, except it's black with white dots (the old version i guess) and while it requires me to choose my brassiere carefully it is certainly appreciated by the red-blooded male

your hubby will like it fine when he sees it on

you will only be wearing it places where decollatage (is that spelled wrong?) is appreciated so be sure you go to enough clubs, concerts, whatever that you can enjoy the benefit of the dress

people who think people were wearing that neckline in the 50s maybe watched too many pornos? pretty sure women weren't really doing dishes in a polka dot halter top except in some guy's fantasy

I would never ever be able to wear something like that, but it is perfect for you! You have both the figure and the personality to be able to wear something that bold!
