It may or may not have happened, but the source you show that dispells the so-called rumor is no more trustworthy than the source of the "stitches" rumor.

Here is another link in which the source is named--a friend of the girl who has stayed with her since the alleged assault, who says that three weeks after the alleged assault her injuries are still painful and visible.

I believe something beyond consensual sex happened, but until it's proven one way or another, I don't know if a crime has taken place.
