So I turn my head from my pork chop, and noticed Piers was porkin' Piri.

Great timing...

They kept going at it, even as I walked by. (Wow, they have no sense of shame... if they weren't already, I'd lock 'em up behind bars...)

Now I need to get a nest box. I don't want little omelets splattered all over the cage bottom. x(

In seriousness, having rescued these two birds, and having read up on ideal breeding conditions, I was actually pleasant surprised to see them both doing their thing.

I wonder when she will lay her eggs...

1. that's cute, yes, i would tell them for a giggle

however my parents are not flustered by birds going at it, they know it's a compliment to your care that they feel comfortable doing "it" -- i had a pair of small parrots who got pretty bold doing the nasty when i was evacuated after katrina and all it raised from the extended family members was a giggle...
