I just watched Extreme Makeovers for the first time tonight (last time as well). My face and tummy were hurting the whole time. :puke: Actually I only made it to the halfway point. Who wants to watch liposuctioned fat draining into a can on Prime Time...?:puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: Anybody have a mop???

1. Try cadaver dissection

For a laugh. I took that for a while when I was pre-med. I just wanted to see if I could stand it. It was quite disgusting to see all of the fat globules that are underneath one's skin.

these people are nuts to have all this stuff done , to much at risk anymore , just a small incision can cause you a great deal of damage if things go wrong , there is way to much deases out there just waiting to inter your body when they cut ya open , i'm doing it the old way , doc has got me on a fat free diet and i'm sticking to it , it takes longer but when i get to wear i need to be , i will beable to keep the weight off , cause i went thru the pain of giving up all the things in life i was use to enjoying , lost 40 pounds so far , and got 60 more to go , feeling good and got no holes in me well i'm loseing the weight

5. just a suggestion: don't watch FX's "nip/tuck" show

I actually think it's a cool show, but that's just me ( nip/tuck, not extreme makeover)
