I just received a phone call from home. My 7yo talks with a very somber tone: "Dad, I have horrible news to tell you".
"Huh", I say. My enthralls start dancing around inside me like crazy.
"We're out of water. The taps are dry."
I manage to mumble something about saving dramatic speech for dramatic events. I'm still shaking.
Someone should tell her I DON'T have such a big inheritance to leave.
I'm still shaking.

2. So, she was kidding? Just trying to mess with you? |
|
That's actually kinda funny. Just laugh it off. EVerything's ok. Who would have a 7 Year old call to deliver horrible news anyway? Duckie

I think she doesn't yet know the difference between an annoyance and a tragedy.

4. Well, this just proves that your house is never going to be boring! |
|
LOL Like that's a reassurance I know. Just enjoy it and don't get too mad at her. Besides you have much worse stuff to look forward to. Duckie
