13. I'm putting off filling up Chequers
They say Wednesday morning is the best time to buy gas - before the prices go up again for the weekend. Premium unleaded is $4.35 around these parts.

19. Yep... it's insane.
S.O. said he put $90 in my SUV this week, but maybe he was exaggerating.

I go almost NOWHERE now that summer vacation is here and I don't have to drive to work.

It's a sorry state of affairs.

21. It cost me $48 to fill up my Subaru wagon today.
The only redeeming factor is that this tank should last me about two-three weeks.

Still... x(

23. I haven't bought gas since January
of course I've had my car parked in the driveway since then and it has 1/2 a tank right now. If I remember correctly it ran me $40 to fill it up back then. I'm not looking forward to tanking up next week.

26. $28 and some change
It wasn't quite empty. This tank will last a week and then some. I drive a Prius, which I bought last July. One of my smarter vehicle choices.
We will overlook the "gently used" Nissan truck, the Chevy Vega, the Buick Century and the Dodge Dart.
