2. first thing is don't panic
First, turn the power off at the main breaker. If this cannot be done, don't attempt to pull yourself free from the electrified point with your bare hands. Break the electrical contact by using a non-metallic material, such as timber, plastic or rubber, for example a timber broom handle. Once electrical contact is broken drag yourself clear. Call for help immediately by dialing 911 and tell emergency services of the situation.

4. After you hang up from the 911 call, get with the power company.
They'll have to come out and inspect everything before they can restore power.

5. No power company where I live....
I have 12,000 gerbils running on a wheel in my basement.

And I know each of their names.

8. First you need to make sure you're standing in a puddle of water.
That part is VERY important...

10. First stick the metal end of a 60 watt lightbulb in your mouth.
This way, when you short the main breaker, you'll have a brief peroid of illumination to locate the clearest spot to land.
