What was Dean's political experience before being governor? I really want to know.

He was a county party chair (between Carter campaign and state house work).

3. A bunch of years in the state legislature (can't think of how many) and
then Lt. Governor until the repub Gov. died and he took over. And i guess the state was a financial mess at the time too.

He no doubt has experienced, he can win, Karl Rove is gonna be out of work if hes the nominee. Although I would prefer DK to Dean, I think Dean can win for sure.

I'm not sure any of our guys can win. The Republicans since 12/12/00 have gotten especially brazen.
