10. LOL. I said the same thing...
it's the only form I'll eat tofu in...and you really do need to grill (and press) the hell out of it until it gets dense and smoky/dry.

11. i'd try it, but i doubt i'd be impressed. i've had lots of different stuff..
tempeh, other soy products, mycoprotein...tofu is the only one i have consistently hated.

i'm not opposed to tofu myself, i love it in some things, like kung pao tofu, etc

i cooked BBQ beef short ribs this afternoon, lemme tell ya, it was fucking delicious!

The Neat Loaf, served at Jyoti Bihanga vegetarian restaurant in San Diego. Tofu, eggs, rice, Special K and spices - already great, but made fantastic by the addition of the tangy barbecue sauce on top. Better than any meat-containing meatloaf.

20. I've had it 4 times so far, and it's dee-ee-licious
The recipe is secret, but I did get it out of the chef that it contains Special K cereal for the texture. I have no idea what kind of seasonings they use, but the combination of them is really good.
