Trying to get back to reality!

I am an alcoholic. Just coming out. Too much wine at nights. I do not drink when the babies are up. I work 45 hours a week. However at night, I drink 4 glasses of wine at night. This weekend, I went overboard. I can go without, however, I get shakey, heart racing, upset stomach. I have read the forums, and know that I have the classic symptoms of an alcoholic. I do not want to be this way. Just speaking out. I know the lounge is a good place to help with problems. Again, not seeking medical advice, just support!

I read that everyday, just do not have the donor status to post. I have 3 kids, 10, 2, and 1. My daughter that is 10 is type 1 diabetic and we do not have the spare funds to be a donor. This is why I am posting in the lounge. Again I thank you. Much appreciated.

I was not looking for a star, however you found me. Moons and stars are my favorite things. I was not asking for a star to post, just sharing my thoughts.
