If I were to throw my printer out my office window
so it smashed into thousands of little bitty useless pieces, do you think the neighbors would be upset?

8. That's not high enough for a satisfying crash.
Put it on your neighbor's porch filled with dogshit, and light it on fire.

2. Speaking from experience...
take it out to a field and go "office space" on it. Much more satisfying.

11. What you need to do is take it out to an open feild and lay into it with a baseball bat...
A la Office Space.

12. Not as upset as when the neighbor's dog pulls your garbage through
the fence and scatters it across their backyard. Goofy Golden is constantly pulling stuff though our fence to their yard if you put it too close. I should have checked when BabyG took the garbage out yesterday.

13. Nah. Place a bronze plaque next to the debris field.
On the plaque, engrave the words "1000 Ways of Looking At a Printer." The neighbors will feel compelled to commission their own lawn sculptures.

14. Probably so, as they realized that the little bitty useless pieces
were an accurate metaphor for their existence.

15. you would have my total support as printers can be spawn of the devil
if any component of the computer is going to give me trouble it is usually the printer.

Or was until we started getting HP desktops with the frontloading paper.

I'll set up a net in my backyard and see if I can catch it!

17. If you added in a sonorous "Die, mother fuckers, die!" they might get a little upset.

18. If my neighbor threw a printer out of a 3rd floor window, I would only be pissed
if she didn't call me first to watch the crash...

19. I'll bring mine from home
and we can go up a few more floors before we drop them. I'm down to hand feeding each page individually because it constantly says either 'printer out of paper' or 'paper jam'. I thought when I bought it I was going to be able to scan stuff into my computer and have pictures in photo bucket to show all of you. What a big damn disappointment this POS has been. Maybe I can't wait for the crash party I might just toss mine from my second story bedroom window, now. See I've gotten myself all worked up.

23. Inkjet or Laser?
Inkjet would be easier to clean up. Toner is a mess to clean up.
