I actually don't crave coffee until early afternoon when the fatigue really sets in and tries to kick my butt. But most people like their coffee in the morning. :)

Actually screaming in pain. :(

I've been awake most of the night despite dosing again with meds at 3:30am.

Today is going to be a real challenge. Please keep your fingers crossed that I can get through this day with something resembling dignity and grace. :)
