but I agree with the temp. GD rules and the GD forum is a noticably better place today and i think the admins. should consider making all or some of them permanent, discuss.

1. I just counted on the first

2 pages of GD at least 4 or 6 posts with good DU information in them that were locked. It's getting pretty damn aggravating, if you ask me. I don't get aggravated that easily either. You can no longer post a quick one-liner to alert someone that, for instance, Dean is being interviewed right now on Meet the Press. By the time you come up with 5 sentences, the damn interview could be over. Geez! I rarely start posts anyway, but when I see perfectly good posts go poof to the netherlands in about 10 minutes, I wonder about all the people who would have preferred not to miss the event and never got to see the post.

PS - just checked my post and it has 6 sentences in it, one more than necessary to originate a post. Counting sentences - well, it sucks.
