2. all served Tapas Style as in Spain. Another couple is doing this with us and it
is in their home. I am hauling all my pottery and some of my junk from Spain over there for decor and making about half of the menu. Fourteen people in all.

3. nearly had epic fail with the flan. Could not get the sugar to do right
and it put me behind schedule

But things are just about ready and I am preparing to transport my stuff to the other house.

8. we forgot the beans and they were never missed at all. Of course we had
too much food.

The flan turned out good. they loved the gazpacho
and all the other tapas turned out great.

My friend made some great sangria, and a chorizo marinated in wine that was outstanding.

We had intended to have shrimp but one of our guests is allergic to seafood

6. sounds wonderful.
Question - do you bake the tortilla just like a frittata? I usually make mine on the stove with sauteed potatos, not steamed, but this sounds like a healthier option :9
