I know I will enjoy it once I get there, it is the getting up and doing it that is the bad part.
bonus, I take a book and sit outside in the shade at the children's water park and read until my suit is dry.

1. Sounds like you just talked yourself into it! |
|
Sounds like a great way to spend a morning. How could you NOT do it?

4. you are probably right. This is called arthritis splash and I am usually the |
|
youngest person in the pool. Very low impact.
I can do this because I am unemployed right now. Tuesday and Thursday nights are Yoga
MWF I can do this activity.

2. I'm going to a "cardio tennis" class |
|
I'm not really sure what that entails, but I thought I'd give it a try.
I heard that it may be cancelled due to a lack of interest. I hope not.
