I think a psycho bird from hell is stalking me

For the past week this little bird has been flying around the front of my house. It flys between a hanging planter by my front door and the tree across the driveway. Sometimes it just sits on the eves of the house chirping maniacally. At first I thought it may have been building a nest in the planter, so I pulled the thing down and checked for signs of a bird home. I didn't want to continue to water it and hurt any baby birdies. But nothing!

Just a little while ago, I was going out to the car and of course IT was there again. Chirping and flittering away.

What the hell is this creatures problem? And what does it want from me?

Just keep an eye out for strange avian gatherings on jungle-gyms, gas stations, and other odd places.
