. . . trying to lose weight. I've waited a couple of weeks to post about this because I wanted to see how the site shook out for me.
It's pretty good so far. It contains a food log (you look up what you've eaten from their database and add it to your log), a fitness log, message boards, "teams" based on goals, interests, etc., a vast learning center, more. It creates reports from the food & fitness logs - good reports. It has a weight loss tracker, a blog feature, a home page (where folks can post comments), a photo album, etc.
It's free -- it has ads, but I don't care. (But no pop-ups, -unders, or any of the annoying kind that move or steal focus.) IMO it's worth it.
