Well technically I have to go in tomorrow and take my comps (but I'm not worried about them) but anyway you'd think something like that would make me want to run out in the street and celebrate yet I'm actually sitting here and feeling depressed. WTF is wrong with me? I've been a student for the past 18 years and now suddenly I'm not and it's really kind of hitting me hard.
Who knew I liked school that much?

"Welcome to the private sector".
No wonder you're depressed, Rev. Take a breath, take two drinks, and then take a LONG vacation.

Staying in academia is an option. If you can land a tenured position, life can be pretty sweet - compared to many other options in the real world, anyway.

4. That's what I'm looking for... |

unfortunately the jobs are few and far between...and the thought of having to work 12 months as opposed to 9 is enough to make me want to jump off a bridge :P

in health education but because my undergraduate degree was in athletic training, I'm still not certified to teach high school so I'm still a bit limited in job opportunities.
But I still think I'd be a pretty good teacher
