1. Rusty French, with some babelfish help:
This is a DVD-9 with title and chapter, name of the songs, and taken of my capture of 17 gig in HD and converted for a house DVD reader. To check with 3 reader. Bitrate of 6450 kbps, resolution of 720 X 480. It's in Dolby Digital, 224 kbps. (?)It demanded a version which one can burn directly and which is like an original DVD. All the encoding parameters are put at highest and best possible quality for a standard format DVD. It is in interlace to be compatible with all the old readers like new. Thank you. I did not have time to make an NFO but I believe that it's summarized rather well!

I erased the whole thing when I saw the complete post on my server 3 days after. (?.pas 3 repost.?) Please make request on the .d group.
Bye LeLézard (The Lizard)
P.S. I'll send this in 3 days. 1 has 60, 61 has 120 and 121 has 159 +par2, size of the remote loading 7.38 gig.

Forgot to specify: it is with format 16:9 and taken of HD 1280 X 720, progressive duration of 2:38 min.

A big thanks for sharing the whole (especially in HD)...I await the continuation impatiently...

(Yes, my French is really, really rusty, but you might be able to get an idea of what's being said, anyway.)

2. So if I'm understanding this...
He's saying it's a capture of the HD broadcast, down-converted to standard DVD, and contains the whole concert on one double-layer DVD?

3. I think so.
I'm not sure about a concert (didn't see one mentioned) and I'm not sure what a double-layer DVD is.
But yes, the poster seems to be describing a broadcast captured in HD and converted to DVD.
