Plusieur m'on demandé une version qui l'on peut bruler directement et
,un qui est comme un DVD original.
Tout les parametre d'encodage on été mis au meilleur et la meilleur
qualité possible pour un format DVD standard.Il est en interlace pour
etre sur de la compatibilité avec tout les lecteurs vieux comme les
nouveau.

Bitrate of 6450 kbps, resolution of 720 X 480. It's in Dolby Digital, 224 kbps. (?)It demanded a version which one can burn directly and which is like an original DVD. All the encoding parameters are put at highest and best possible quality for a standard format DVD. It is in interlace to be compatible with all the old readers like new. Thank you. I did not have time to make an NFO but I believe that it's summarized rather well!

He's saying it's a capture of the HD broadcast, down-converted to standard DVD, and contains the whole concert on one double-layer DVD?

I'm not sure about a concert (didn't see one mentioned) and I'm not sure what a double-layer DVD is.
But yes, the poster seems to be describing a broadcast captured in HD and converted to DVD.
