I had a great 4 days in Toronto with Doug (my partner). We met up with some of our friends, went to a brunch Sunday with supporters of David Orchard's bid for the leadership of the PC party in Canada (and I got to meet David Orchard himself. Very nice man)

We also spent some very nice quality time with each other.

A wonderful time with Doug, the man who taught me what love is truly about.

I missed you guys terribly, though. Is that all right to admit?

Doug and I have been together for 4 years now. And I'm even more in love with him. The hardship of the physical distance between us (for now) is something I can deal with. "Good things come to those who wait", is the adage. And it's certainly true in Doug's case.

Love is a mystery, which I'm more than happy to discover.
