I think "The West Wing" is getting its groove back
The past few episodes have been close to the same quality of the Sorkin/Schlamme era. I hope this continues.

Although they did quote Drudge last night. :(

1. I miss Mr. Stirling
I loved that show.

WW is good too, but didn't get to see it last night.

2. I remember reading somewhere
that they wanted to add more repuke influence into the show. I saw it last night when the DC Mayor and Charlie changed Bartlett's mind on school vouchers. If the right wing crap keeps up, I'm gonna have to quit watching.

3. I noticed that too
I wasn't happy to see the show being infused with Repuke propaganda about vouchers.

And I HATE Josh's smarmy intern. I wish he'd GO AWAY.

5. I hated him at first, but I think they wanted that...

I'm starting to like the kid a little. He's an interesting minor storyline, andI think it's funny how he gets under Josh's skin like that. I thought his manipulation of the base closing committee review meeting was funny.

I think the show has gotten a little better over the last couple of episodes. CJ's quiet delimma and her "intensity" was handled well. And I loved how Toby was willing to be there for her as a friend without actually saying anything specific about the past. That's a good friend to have.

Last night's show was excellent, except for the voucher part. A limited voucher experiment is a very different thing from a national program, IMO, and that wasn't discussed.
