1. Looks like your season is over. You should be back by training camp, though.
Maybe I'm too atuned to football right now...

Seriously, bummer. A friend of mine went through that. The good news is that the surgery was less painful than what she was going through, and she got better. Of course, the sling wasn't much fun.

I pitch right and it's my left shoulder that's injured.

I injured it on 10/27 in a scooter accident.

I WILL ride again, just not until 2009.

5. Was your surgery done arthroscopically
or did they have do some serious cutting? The doctor said if he can do it arthroscopically then the recovery time is less.

10. That sounds good...
but I am being told it will be 5-6 months before I can do any heavy lifting. I hope they are wrong!
