1. I prefer opening twist-offs to tabs.

2. Tabs, except in Photoshop
the new photoshop tries to incorporate tabs when using multiple documents, which is idiOTIC most of the time, because it makes it impossible to pull elements off one image and put them on another.

There is so much weirdness going on in the new Photoshop, I just can't deal.

3. I open similar windows in tabs
Like if I have more than one Python site open, those'll be in tabs. But DU gets its own tab, as does G-mail — which I'm particularly anal about, since I like to just glance at the bar and see a (1) or whatever, telling me there's mail. So I try not to have so many windows open that they get bunched up, since that kills the glance option.

I need help, man...

4. Actually I'm very similar
I tend to organize my tabs by subject matter and do the same thing with the Gmail. That's what inspired this poll - the realization that I am ridiculously organized and anal about my tabs.

I blame the Python addiction. Clearly it is indicative of deeper psychosis. ~sigh~

5. It's not an addiction
It's a deep obsession appreciation that borders on pathology.

6. What are "tabs"??
At work, we just recently ugpraded to XP and Internet Explorer 6. Though it is fully patched.

No tabs on IE for us.

Though our production systems do have them - and those tabs have tabs too. and they also keep tabs on you!

Mark.
