12. It's my mom's recipe

we've always called it meat pie. (I know, very original!)

Basically it's homemade pie crust with beef and whatever else is in the fridge. Usually corn, potato, carrots, onion (but I'm allergic to onions, so mine won't have any), sometimes peas and rice. It's delicious, mostly because the pie crust is amazing.

Tonight there is a concert here where I work. Thinking about going there. It starts at 7pm, guess I will work till then.

Tomorrow after work I will go to an exhibition with a friend. It is an exhibition where someone figured out how sculptures were painted back in the time. I haven't started on a single reimbursement. But I have ordered a few things. Now I'm trying to decide if I'm going to a corporate Christmas party for a local hotel (we send them a good bit of business so they invited me) - the food is excellent, usually, and they give fantastic gifts, but it's still a corporate party on a Friday night in December.



I did get the autumn photo contest winner thread up, so I guess my time on DU right now isn't totally social, only mostly. :D

Actually, only 5 go outside now (Sashka refuses to leave harleydad's side). Serengeti is actually an excellent hunter. He has caught more than his share of grasshoppers. Sylvester had enough of such things from when he was homeless. He prefers to have his dinner served to him. I think it was one of the girls. :shrug:

I didn't want my ISP spying on me and I didn't want to be vulnerable to viruses and intruders.
AND I kept putting it off, as I knew we were moving soon and I didn't want to pay the extra fee
to transfer the service from the old address to the new address. Besides, my computer died too
and so I had no need for any ISP. But I fixed this old computer, moved (all in the same 2 weeks)
