1. horse-drawn carriages are cruel?
Ho boy.

And I guess they used a fake horse because a camera would cruelly steal a horse's soul?

10. Not just PETA, but animal rights groups have been protesting
against horse-drawn carriages in New York for many years now.

"horse-drawn carriages are cruel?"

Try pulling one with three people in it for six hours and get back to us...

Just mocking the silly idea of horse drawn carriages being cruel.

18. Well, yes.
You were arguing horse drawn carriages are cruel because pulling a carriage for six hours is hard work.

It wasn't a good argument, but apparently it was the best you had.

20. "I was mocking the absurdity of your post."
Then you're positing that horse drawn carriages are cruel, and your argument was that it is hard work.

23. You're simply reading too much into being mocked.
You're simply reading/projecting/translating too much into yourself getting mocked.

But, if you're better validated by continuing this Theater of Absurd, by all means...

Player One: Is it hard work? I've never done it-- no idea.
Player Two: What are positing?

End Act I, Scene ii

Either way it's cruelty as far as I'm concerned. The traffic is brutal and horses are killed. If they stayed in Central Park that would be one thing, but Fifth Ave and Columbus Circle are no places for horses.
