Remember when "Palm Pilot" was the pimply faced kid with glasses on the back row in school?

have you sync'ed it recently?
Also... if the batteries are dead and the unit won't turn on, there is still a capacitor inside that will help store the data. You should put new batteries in immediately - your data may still be safe.
BTW... I helped create the Palm Pilot. One of the greatest professional accomplishments of my career.

I was in the Microsoft tech support center when they came out. We got flooded with calls. I recently started developing aps for Palm. Just little stuff to keep my mind sharp.
