Who here feels excessive guilt about everything?

I can't really complain, it's the one thing I'm really good at.

But if it IS my fault, watch out.

I do my best not to do things that will make me feel guilty.

But I am not perfect, so even when I do some things that I may feel guilty about, I don't. Things are what they are. We will stress ourselves out if we let ourselves feel guilty about every little thing.

my advice would be to learn not to feel guilty if you can, it's not a very productive emotion....
