1. Me.
I'm doing it right now!

I can't really complain, it's the one thing I'm really good at.

2. Me, I'm very good at blaming myself for things that aren't even my fault.
But if it IS my fault, watch out.

4. Not me.
I do my best not to do things that will make me feel guilty.

But I am not perfect, so even when I do some things that I may feel guilty about, I don't. Things are what they are. We will stress ourselves out if we let ourselves feel guilty about every little thing.

6. no, most of my guilt went away in my 40s...
my advice would be to learn not to feel guilty if you can, it's not a very productive emotion....

Life is too short for guilt, I think.

7. Yep
everything that has ever gone wrong since the beginning of the world is somehow my fault.

8. 2,000 years of Catholic tradition
requires that I carry around a burden of crushing guilt with me everywhere. :P
