1. My dog's tail got caught in the door.

Unfortunately, he bled to death.
Came back to haunt me as a ghost however.
So I took him to the liquor store.
Cause that's where they retail spirits.

My next door neighbors' dogs don't shut the hell up. Friom sun up to sun down they bark. I hope something bad happens to those dogs.

5. Why don't you ask you neighbor nicely to do something about it?

If he refuses to comply, many cities have nuisance dog regulations, requiring persistant barkers to be kept inside.

Or your homeowners' association may have covenants restricting this sort of thing.
