3. While I like their sandwiches,

these commercials are disturbing and not at all appetizing to me. They make me not want to patronize the place.

Perhaps it seems like animal abuse to me, or the repetition has become tedious. They have bought a lot of time on Comedy Central, where I spend a large percentage of my watching.

Dunno. Obviously some of you find them compelling, and they really stick in your mind, one way or another. So, as far as advertising theory goes, they seem to be effective.
