38. I do, or at least, I think I do.

It's a small three-bedroom house about six blocks from here, so my littlest won't have to change schools. It belongs to a friend who moved to Portland last summer. It's been up for sale but not surprisingly, it hasn't sold, so she's renting it to me with an option to buy... at least that's what she said last time I talked to her. I can't get hold of her now, so I'm a little worried that maybe she changed her mind but really, that's unlikely. I'll take pics in my really nice, all-new kitchen when I get the chance. :D :hug:
