In light of last night's happy times at the Inchworm house my brother has unveiled his method to screw up my finances.

I kindly let him come by and gather some clothes. All went well. No words were spoken. He left.

Then, he texts me that I need to goto the ATM and get some $$ because he was going to "file papers" on me in retaliation. For what I have no idea.

I spoke to today's magistrate and nothing has happened as of yet.

I also asked about case if I were a battered spouse is it normal for the system to work as it did last night. I was told that the other magistrate was from another county and protocols are different per county. Here it is normal for restrictions to be placed on bonds regarding the accused returning to the home where the event took place.

I was planning to go all advocate and stuffs once my issues were resolved. In fact, the accused's bond is placed by a district judge (I think was said) in a domestic violence event. That was comforting to know.

I wouldn't do well in that envoronment. I'm a functional drunk :+

But, yes. I see where it would play well. I've basically been his enabler. I just assumed that grown-ups could take the hint on whats needed for survival given the chance.

Oops. I guess that's why I recommended AA to him. Der. Good eye! I, umm, forgot about me.

Well, having spoke with the magistrate today. I feel more comfortable. I was just thrown aback about it last night.

I'm even going to leave the house and go to Center to help on an adoption. That's a good sign. I've been lost here on a Saturday hehe. I have been there every saturday that they were open for over a year :D

Thanks for asking what you are. I'm curious too. It seems that if it can be SOoo different in the same county over 12 hours, one can only imagine the stories that have happened all over our country.
