Levis Commercial
A man and woman are going up stairs in an apartment building. He says he lied about his job; she says she lied about ?something else? He says he is living in his car, she says, this isn't really my apartment, they go inside and both unzip their Levis and start groping each other. Why is this less offensive than Janet Jackson's bare breast? Am I such an old fuddy-duddy that I'm the only one who thinks this ad is dangerous on so many levels?

2. The point of the ad is apparently that if you look hot in jeans
nothing else is really important. You can lie about anything, you can be a nobody, and you're still good enough to hook up with just because you look good in jeans.

8. I gotta warn you, I play a mean game of Texas Hold 'em.
You'll probably end up losing your shirt if you play against me.

9. Dangerous? Not really.
Incredibly stupid and ill-conceived, definitely. While it's not as bad as the McDonald's infamous "I'd Hit That" campaign, it is up there for being crass, off-message and a lame attempt at humor.

11. But, Living dangerously is so exciting!
Levi's should put a tag in that little pocket that points out that it's "just the right size for a condom". :)

13. Hah! I like that! I like to think up ideas for ads...
Might have done it as a job, but didn't want to have to make cigarette ads, or for other stuff I wouldn't want to help sell.
